USB tokens
GoPaperless supports encrypted USB tokens issued in various countries. With USB tokens, GoPaperless can be used on Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Safari browsers by installing a plugin on the computer, and it is compatible with commonly used operating systems today.
Remote Signing
GoPaperless supports the Smart-ID solution for document signing and user authentication. Remote Signing is the next generation of electronic identification, developed for convenient use on smart devices while ensuring a high level of security. Major banks and many electronic service providers in various countries have already implemented Remote Signing in their systems.
Electronic IDentification
GoPaperless enables document signing through the Electronic Identification solution worldwide. This is a simple yet highly secure solution, widely used in onboarding processes, authentication, and the creation of electronic signatures. On the GoPaperless portal, Electronic Identification allows users to create a Qualified Electronic Signature and sign documents through a video-based identity verification process.
VNeID
GoPaperless enables the use of the VNeID public service to perform digital signing of document information, supporting users with existing VNeID accounts to seamlessly access the GoPaperless system for digital certificate registration and document signing.
