A. Benefits & Service Description
- Provides a self-service digital signature platform via the Portal for individual users.
- Users can independently upload, set up signing workflows, track, and store personal documents and contracts.
- Free system setup. API integration is not supported.
B. Wallet Operation & Deduction Rules
- Customers top up their Wallet directly on the system. Minimum top-up: 500,000 VND per transaction
- The system does not sell "Document Packages". Balance is deducted based on the number of new documents created (tiered pricing) plus Pass-through surcharges.
- Monthly Reset Rule: the counter automatically resets to 0 on the same calendar day the wallet became active in the following month.
- β οΈ Warning: When balance < 100,000 VND β top-up reminder sent. When balance = 0, flow locking system New Document creation & Signing are locked.

3.2 Unified Wallet & Deduction Logic
- Initial top-up: Minimum 5,000,000 VND per top-up. Recommended top-up amounts: 5M, 8M, or 10M based on expected usage.
- Subsequent top-ups: flexible based on actual usage needs, minimum 1,000,000 VND per transaction.
- Real-time deduction: balance is deducted immediately when a new document is created or a Pass-through signing event occurs.
- Monthly Reset: counter resets to 0 at 00:00 on the corresponding day of the following month.
- β οΈ Warning: when balance < 500,000 VND; balance = 0 will lock New Document creation & Signing.
